Three Flowers... Three colours

I bought some Digi's a few weeks ago

 printed them off straight away

 but have only just started to play with them

life gets in the way and I have been busy doing other things

this one I showed on a post in Digi form

 but here is a finished one

The paper was a freebie from a magazine

not sure which one without looking through them all

and I coloured with my pens

 I have not added a sentiment as I don't think it needs one

Cardstock came from Portugal with me

Here is it in full shot...

I have also used the same image but different colours..

Papers from a magazine again 

I added mulbury flowers and jems

I love the Yellow.. looks very happy and I will be using it as a get well soon card

The paper was one I bought from Clipart Fairy

that you print as needed...(I think)

well there you go...three more cards shown from the huge folder full on the pc..

I made a tilda card up last night..

Paul was doing work for work..

fine time for me to play

I will have to take some pictures

and get that posted later on... I am really pleased on the result

Evening all... Hope your all ok

I have been a busy bee but not a lot of crafting

I have made Millionaires Shortbread 

and I have to say it is rather yummy

Paul and Hannah are liking lots

 I have a card to show

The image I think I found on the internet

I really must take notes when looking around

 The papers are a freebie from a magazine

and I thought it went brilliantly with the image

The paper size was A4 so I could cut to make sure I got the flowers on

 Here is a close up of the rose...

Yes it has been stickled....lol

I am liking them...they add that little bit of sparkle without all the mess

to celebrate the queens jubilee

 Here she is proud of the cookies she made

and still wearing the ribbon in her hair !!!

Third Birthday

Yes it is the third Birthday of WOYWW

the place we go and have a nosey at others desk's and work spaces

So I just want to say a VERY BIG

Happy Birthday to the owner of this Julia Dunnit.

so you may or may not have popped over to look at my desk

Well I have a brand new one... I finally have a desk

After loosing my old one when we left Portugal

so here is my new work desk

 All handmade my DH 

And it matches with Hectors house. 

Thats the Tall thing next to it

I even have a shelf above

and drawers to fill !!!

 This is the long draw in the middle not deep but just right for my pens etc

couple of images coloured ready to be added to cards

 Top side draw..where I think I am going to keep my punches.. not decided yet

And the DEEP draw...I have started to move my cardstock..

Paul made it so my A4 card will fit in 

You see I have all this to sort out..

files full of paper, card, decoupage...

Ribbons..I think that will stand on the shelf

I need to do some serious craft to use some up

So there you have it...MY desk

Nothing happening on it at the moment

apart from typing this post up

But next week am sure I will have more to show

I should have sorted it all by then

Card or desk

Now that is the BIG question... do I show a card..or my desk

Well well well

I couldn'd do both could I

So here is a card..

made for a child... they are so easy to do

and I wanted to play with this image with my pens

 it is a bugaboo image that I got last Christmas

I made it to be sent to a boy..

I thought Hannah could maybe use it for one of the boys at school

 If I remember right I may have won it on one of the challenges

Are they not cute.. and so nice to colour

I have also been playing with Tilda

Here she is coloured twice... I have also stamped her onto patterned paper

My plan is to paper piece her... will see how it goes...

I am quiet please with the hair...although still not 100%

so there you have it... 

I will enter these into.

Yes I have a desk...

it is finished... and its ACE..

I am in the process of putting my things into drawers...

I will take some photos so I can show... 

I would add them to this post but the lead to connect my mobile is missing

it is somewhere safe !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blue Garden...

Yes as you can see it is the same image as my last post

But I am hoping it looks a little different

I have used blue as my main colour

I happen to love that colour

 I teamed it up with Yellow to make it a paler card

here is a close up of the Image 

I added some lovely stickles to the flowers

just to make them stand out a little

 I really do like this image...and will be colouring some more

to make up as get well soon cards..

it is such a happy feeling image.

I have been asked by a friend to make a selection of cards..

I have included this one.. but I was speaking with her

just to make sure I have and will send what she wants

and she mentioned Wedding ... now I love going to them

but making a card is different.. I so love the book easle cards

but they are hard to post..as I tend to add flowers etc.

so my job for today is to find some images to buy to use for wedding.

If anyone knows of good ones then please let me know

155 work desk's

Nope that is not the truth...I just have the one...

Well that's not the truth either... I don't even have one...not one I can work at anyway

I have been crafting on the floor.

(my old desk is in a jar)

Yes you read that right... it is so hard crafting on the floor

back ache being the main problem..then there is the dead legs...lol

today is Wednesday...and that means

WOYWW with Julia.

not done this for months.. so hello once again 

go on over and have a look..

am sure there will be a lot of desk's to poke round

and lots of inspiration while doing so

I will be poking round a few tonight.

anyway I do have a desk...but it is still in the making

 there it is.... although the top is on upside down

 this is apparently a desk to keep me going until we can get proper wood

it will be painted the same colour as

Hectors house..(see pictures below)

 I asked Paul to pop the top on properly for a pic...

here is the draw open... 

Paul has done a divider in it already and more to go in

He has taken measurement of my tools

so I can have them in there own place within easy reach

how cool it that

oh then there is the little black hairy thing being nosey

but we don't have a gate at the front now

so she has to stop in the back garden...

she knows she can look out of the gate

but is not allowed out unless we say so

so she spent a few hours here..

Morning to you all out there...it's been a while since I posted

But I am here with a card... 

I have made lots of cards of late so will be posting more often (time allowing)

This card I so enjoyed making

The image is from Bugaboo (i think)

I coloured it using my Spectrum pens

 As you can see I decided on Birthday for this card

 I added some Mulberry paper flowers with gems in the middle for interest

The backing papers are a freebie from a magazine

And I wish I had more as I really like it

Now looking at the card the image looks wonky!!!

is it..or is it just the photo???

Babies, and a Tiger cub !!!

And what seems like just a few days has past

but its been longer it has to have been

Well we went to see the grandchildren...

boy have they grown

this is Tyler...

Hes so cute and didn't cry when with Paul

was quite happy just sat there.

then Olly, who spent most of his time bugging Hannah

 you can just see Dad in the background !!

We had a lovely morning with them and Olly ate three slices of

my Homemade Orange syrup cake

I have also made a card or two...

Well not recently

These where made for MIL ages ago

just haven't shown them on here so here goes

 Sewing done by MIL but I made them up and did the decoupage

 This one is my fave out of the two

 Look isn't he just so cute..and I can not remember where I bought it from

Busy bee

Well what a day I have had.

I decided to sort out the HUGE unit in the study 

it has allsorts in it, but a lot of my craft things also

So it has taken me 8 hours to sort it but it looks so much better 

and I can see whats craft things and what isnt.

All I have to do is sort out the new drawer units then i'm nearly done

Good news is.... and its exciting news

Paul is making me a new desk..yes we bought the wood today

and He has been in the garage most of the day busy also

He is making Hector's new home also

But my desk will be made....I so can't wait..

To have a desk I can work on and if I don't get finished I can leave it till the next time

Not having to clear it all away will be lovely

Now Paul asked how I wanted it... I decided to go with three drawers each end....

and a straight desk... time will tell if it get built like that

Paul likes working with wood, so I can imagine a shaped desk

anyway while sorting out I found my Wedding Tiara

mmm what to do with it

 Only one thing really.. Pull it apart

And look what I got from it...

 Lots and lots of pretties to go onto cards

 As you can see its rather old... so the sequins have turned a orange colour

but they look rather nice

So I now have to get my act together and get some girly cards made..and use some

oooo Having a take away for tea tonight

Hannah is at her dads for the weekend so it is just me and Paul

mmm what to have

I think chineese, paul thinks kebab...

I am meant to be hunting chineese takeaways out 

not blogging
